I love all the seasons, but winter is my favorite, with fall close behind.

The worst part about living in Scotland wasn't the dark mornings and the 'pitch black by 4pm' winter afternoons, no, it was the summer nights. Aberdeen is so close to the Arctic circle that you can still read outdoors without benefit of a light by 10pm, can easily see at 11pm, and 'dawn' arrives around 3am. Sleeping in summer was a nightmare!

Give me some cold weather and I'm happy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1388230061119734760.post-74305266663666552052007-11-05T01:12:00.000-05:002007-11-05T01:12:00.000-05:00I'm stopping by on my way to commenting on as many...I'm stopping by on my way to commenting on as many NaBloPoMo blogs as possible as part of the NaBloPoMo commenting challenge. :)

Yeah, it is a bit inverse to the norm. I know that I made comment (mostly because it's de rigeur at this time of the year) about it being dark at 5:30. However, it seems that the sky is a lot more colorful during the winter than it is in the summer; maybe it has something to do with the fact that there's a better chance of being outside at sunset in winter... :)

Sephyroth
http://www.sephyroth.netSephyrothhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12000167990605776949noreply@blogger.com
